How fast can we start?

Often within 1–2 weeks. If you’ve got a hard deadline, we’ll right-size scope to hit it.

What’s a typical engagement model?

A focused 6–8 week MVP/redesign sprint, then a monthly product team retainer for growth.

Do you work with existing teams and codebases?

Yes — we can integrate with your rituals and stack, or own a workstream end-to-end.

Fixed price or time-and-materials?

We support both. Discovery/Plan yields a fixed scope or a capped T&M with weekly checkpoints.

What do you need from us to begin?

Goals, constraints, existing assets (brand, content), access where needed, and a single decision-maker.

How are changes handled mid-project?

Minor tweaks flow into the backlog. Material shifts go through a quick written change request and may affect timeline and cost.

Will you sign an NDA?

Absolutely — we can sign yours or provide a mutual NDA before deep-dive discussions.

Delivery & quality

What’s your design & review cadence?

Weekly demos, async updates, and Figma/preview links for feedback. Two rounds of revisions are typical per milestone.

Do you unit/integration test?

Yes — we add pragmatic tests for critical paths, plus accessibility checks and performance budgets.

Who owns the IP?

On full payment you own the project-specific deliverables. Our pre-existing libraries/tools remain ours; third-party/OSS keep their licenses.

Security & compliance

Do you meet accessibility and SEO standards?

We target WCAG 2.2 AA, semantic markup, Core Web Vitals, and structured data where relevant.

How do you handle data protection?

Least-privilege access, encryption in transit, code reviews, vetted vendors, and environment separation. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you work with regulated data?

Case-by-case. For regulated personal data we’ll put a DPA in place and align architecture accordingly.

Commercials

How do payments work?

Default: projects under ₹10L are 50% upfront, 50% on final milestone; larger/ongoing are per milestone or monthly in advance; due NET-10. See Terms for details.

What about refunds?

Completed milestones are non-refundable. Deposits are refundable only if no work has begun.

Do you charge for third-party services?

Third-party fees (e.g., hosting, licenses, SaaS) are paid by you directly, or passed through at cost if pre-approved.

Support

What does your warranty include?

90-day warranty on critical bugs introduced by our work post-launch, with prioritized fixes.

Do you offer retainers and SLAs?

Yes — support/retainer plans with response targets and on-call can be added to your Order/SLA.
